Pleasanton
Real Estate Photography

Pleasanton is my home base, so I know it better than any city on this list. It's a East Bay town that still has a real downtown — Main Street's brick storefronts, the farmers market, the Alameda County Fairgrounds — wrapped around neighborhoods that range from classic ranch homes to newer builds near Ruby Hill and Vineyard Avenue. When I shoot a Pleasanton listing, I'm not guessing at what buyers care about here: good schools, walkability to downtown, and easy access to I-680 all matter, and I try to show them in the photos, not just describe them.

Here's what I offer for Pleasanton listings, all with next-day delivery on most projects:

  • HDR Photography: Clean, true-to-life interior and exterior photos.
  • Video Tours: Walkthroughs built to show flow, not just rooms.
  • Drone Photo & Video: Great for showing lot size and neighborhood context.
  • Matterport 3D Tours: Let buyers explore on their own time, from anywhere.
  • Floor Plans: A quick, accurate layout reference for buyers.

Pleasanton buyers move fast when a home is priced and presented well, and photos are usually the first (and sometimes only) reason someone requests a showing. I shoot with that in mind — clean, well-lit interiors, honest exterior shots that show the lot and street, and video that actually gives a sense of the floor plan instead of just panning around. My goal on every shoot is simple: give you images good enough that an agent scrolling listings on their phone stops and clicks.

What sells a Pleasanton home is often the life around it, not just the house itself. I try to capture that: a backyard built for weekend gatherings, a home office with good light, proximity to the Pleasanton Ridge trails or downtown restaurants. Whether it's a family home near a top-rated school or a townhome close to BART, I shoot with the buyer's actual daily life in mind, not a generic "lifestyle" shot list.

Pleasanton listings that show well online consistently get more showings — that's true in any market condition, not just a hot one. Buyers here are comparing dozens of listings on their phones before they ever call an agent, so photos, video, and a 3D tour aren't extras anymore; they're what gets a home taken seriously in that first scroll. I build every package around making sure your listing holds its own in that comparison.
