Campbell
Real Estate Photography

Campbell has one of the more walkable downtowns in the South Bay — Campbell Avenue's restaurants and shops sit close to Craftsman bungalows and newer infill homes alike. It's a smaller city surrounded by Silicon Valley's bigger names, and I shoot with that neighborhood feel in mind rather than treating it like just another South Bay suburb.
Services for Campbell listings, with next-day delivery on most projects:
- HDR Photography: Clean, detailed interior and exterior photos.
- Video Tours: Walkthroughs that capture character and flow.
- Drone Photo & Video: Useful for showing proximity to downtown.
- Matterport 3D Tours: A complete self-guided tour.
- Floor Plans: Clear, simple layouts.
Campbell buyers are often paying a premium for walkability and character, so photos need to communicate both — not just the home itself, but its relationship to downtown and the Los Gatos Creek Trail. I make sure that context comes through, not just interior shots in isolation.
Being able to walk to dinner or bike the creek trail is a real part of the Campbell pitch, and I look for ways to show that connection — a front porch close to the sidewalk, a short walk to Campbell Avenue, the kind of detail that separates a Campbell listing from a more generic suburban one.
Campbell's small-town feel inside a big tech market is a genuine draw, and listings that capture that balance — charm plus convenience — tend to perform well. I aim for photos that show both the home and its walkable setting.
